Minimum:	US $5,000,000 or it’s equivalent.
Maximum:	US $100,000,000.
Currency:	Funding can be done in all major currencies.
Annual Rate of Interest:	From a MINIMUM of 3% to a MAXIMUM of 5% over the current LIBOR (London Inter Bank Offering Rate).
Terms:	Up to 5-30 years with interest only due during term of loan – principal not due until end of term, plus one-day.
Repayment Conditions:	Either single or semi annual payments in arrears during term of the loan with the principal not due until end of the term, plus one-day.
Combinations of debt & Equity Financing:	Wherein interest rate(s) greatly reduced by non-voting and/or minority equity position taken by funders.
Funding and/or Collateral:	Placed against Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Guaranteed Investment Contracts, etc.
Collateral/Credit Enhancements:	Arranged where required for funding.
Mergers/Reverse Mergers, Acquisitions:	Arranged for domestically, offshore, publicly (through licensed associates), & private.
Offshore Bank Accounts & Incorporations:	Arranged for.
